PROCESS MIXER WITH EMULSIFYING SYSTEM TYPE MS
Mixers type MS are designed for production of liquid pharmaceutical products and cosmetics.
Description
This series of types includes mixers of the following capacities: 100, 200, 300, 450, 600, 1000, 1500, 2000 and 3000 liters.
Properties
The MS mixers have the following features:
- whole made of AISI 304 steel or AISI 316L in contact with product
- vacuum tight vessel or optionally - pressure proof
- anchor stirrer with baffles, scrapers and wave breakers to cover whole mixing volume and reduce dead zones
- smooth regulations of anchor stirrer rotation to adjust its work to product viscosity
- PTFE scrapers for good heat transfer and reduce production loss
- emulsifying system with by-pass recirculation pipe and outlets on two levels shortens efficient mixing time
- smooth regulation of emulsifying agitator to adjust its work to product viscosity
- power of the emulsifyting agitator and loop pipe diameter adjusted to products and technology
- additional tools: inline sampling, sucking powders under liquid surface, automatic dosing of liquid components throug nozzles on the cover or loop pipe
- CIP system with shower heads with use of emulsifying agitator for accurate and quick cleaning
- optional control unit and motors adjusted for ATEX zone
- heating - cooling jacket for liquid or gas utilities
- heating - cooling control system
- control on operator panle with process data recording and printing possibility
