Our story began in the 1980s, when the name Urliński was known only to a select few in the cosmetics industry. In 1984, our founder, Andrzej Urliński, embarked on a journey to design and build process equipment, gaining hands-on experience through cooperation with Poland’s largest cosmetics company. By closely observing the technological challenges of cosmetic manufacturing, he discovered innovative ways to improve production efficiency and quality.
Driven by innovation and a passion for advancing mixing and homogenization technologies, Urliński quickly grew into a recognized brand in both Poland and Europe. This success was all the more remarkable given the challenges of the 1980s, when private enterprise received no official support — and entrepreneurs often faced significant obstacles to running their own businesses.
Thankfully, those challenging times are behind us, and today Urliński is recognized as one of the world’s leading manufacturers of advanced process equipment for the pharmaceutical and cosmetics sectors.
